Every CMCS Janitor is hand-picked, has experience, and starts with a three- to six-hour introduction before receiving specialized training tailored to their specific account. In order to micromanage the janitors, they have to fill out a post-order check list while they are on the job, which supervisors will review at all times. Managers and supervisors will confer with each janitor and verify each assignment assigned to each site.
